Parts Return Policy
Tractafric Equipment Morocco
Article 1.
General return conditions
Returns are accepted only for new parts, in their original packaging, unused and in perfect condition.
The customer has 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate the return process.
Article 2.
Returns process
To make a return, the customer must present himself at the counter of the Tractafric Equipment branch of his choice, with the order form, the delivery note and the parts to be returned.
On site, our team will check that the return conditions have been met and inspect the returned parts.
Once these checks have been completed, we will proceed with the return if the conditions are eligible.
Article 3.
Parts not eligible for return by Tractafric Equipment
Below is the comprehensive list of parts that are not eligible for return to Tractafric Equipment :
- Consumables (glue, joint compound, paints, thinners, etc.)
- Parts sold by length (hoses, windshield seals, etc.)
- Windows, headlamps, lights, headlamp optics
- Custom-made hoses
- Electrical and electronic parts, including ECMs (if already flashed)
- Rigid tubes
- Filters without original packaging or protection
- Belts
- Batteries
- Adhesives and decals
- Rusty, disassembled, used or broken parts
- Any part not managed in our stock and ordered specially for the customer
- Any open packaging or damaged parts
Article 4.
Modification of the Parts Return Policy.
Tractafric Equipment reserves the right to modify this return policy at any time, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. In case of doubt or if you have any questions concerning our return policy, we invite our customers to contact our customer service department at the branch of their choice.
