Parts Return Policy

Tractafric Equipment International and France

Article 1.

General return conditions

Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of receipt for new parts, in their original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the shipping receipt or by indicating our order reference. No return will be processed without this information.

Some exceptions may be granted; please liaise with the TAE sales representative.

Article 2.

Parts not eligible for return by Tractafric Equipment

Below is the comprehensive list of parts that are not eligible for return to Tractafric Equipment :

  • Consumables (glue, joint compound, paints, thinners, etc.)
  • Custom-made parts (MTO)
  • Parts sold by length (hoses, flexible parts, windshield seals, ...)
  • Glass, headlights, lights, headlamp lenses
  • Custom-made hoses
  • Wiring harnesses and electronic components including ECMs (if already flashed)
  • Rigid tubes
  • Shim stock
  • Filters without original packaging or protection
  • Belts
  • Batteries
  • Adhesives and decals
  • Rusty, disassembled, used or broken parts
  • Parts valued below €20 (on the receipt)
  • Parts with an expired usage date

Article 3.

Special Conditions

Non-compliant received parts will remain available for 1 month. Failure to claim will result in the merchandise being mutually considered abandoned, with a transfer of ownership to Tractafric Equipment, which may dispose of it by destruction.

Article 4.

Warranty Information

Generally, parts purchased on Parts.Cat.Com are covered by a 12-month warranty from the invoice date as defined in the Caterpillar Limited Warranty. The parts warranty covers material and manufacturing defects throughout the warranty period once they are installed. For complete warranty details, contact the Tractafric Equipment Africa team.
