One week of intensive training for the Tractafric Equipment network

After a forced four-year hiatus due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the Sales Campus finally made its grand return this year. From May 15 to 19, 2023, the annual commercial convention brought together the sales force and ADV managers of the Tractafric Equipment network for a week of intensive training in Casablanca. This long-awaited event provided participants with the opportunity to discover the latest innovations from Caterpillar, SEM, Manitou, Kalmar, Nardi, and the Best Value range, while also facilitating enriching exchanges between the group's product experts and manufacturers.

A return marked by learning and exchanges: The Sales Campus was an opportunity for participants to familiarize themselves with the latest technological advancements and flagship products from Tractafric Equipment's partner brands. The group's product experts and manufacturer representatives delivered dynamic and interactive presentations, offering an in-depth overview of various heavy equipment ranges, from handling machinery to agricultural equipment.

The intensive training allowed participants to deepen their technical knowledge, explore innovative product features, and acquire new skills necessary to meet the specific needs of their clients. The training sessions also encouraged the exchange of experiences and best practices among the sales force and ADV managers, thereby strengthening cohesion and synergy within the Tractafric Equipment network.

A networking opportunity

The Sales Campus is not limited to technical training; it also provides a platform for networking and establishing lasting professional relationships. Participants had the opportunity to interact with colleagues from different regions, exchange ideas, share experiences, and expand their network of contacts within the Tractafric Equipment network.
