Significant Edition for PSSR Campus 2023

From October 16th to 20th, Tractafric Equipment brought together nearly 80 participants from 13 countries for its annual PSSR Campus, which, for the first time in its history, was held in Douala, Cameroon, at the heart of Central Africa.

The event was attended by all PSSR, ISR, marketing PR coordinators, and PR managers from the Tractafric Equipment network for a week of networking and intensive training conducted by experts from the group and partner manufacturers.

The comprehensive program included updates on all products - CVA, UC, GET, hydraulics, filters, fluids, Rebuild, Reman - and an overview of the Growth Strategy 2023-2026 service. It also featured sales techniques presentations, discussions on soft skills, sharing of best practices, and knowledge tests. Not to forget, there were moments of team building, including a memorable dinner show.

This edition was also marked by the notable presence of Tarafa Marouane, CEO of the group, who congratulated the teams for their work and encouraged them to face the upcoming challenges.

After receiving highly positive feedback from participants regarding the organization of the event and the significant value of interactions with manufacturers, the next edition is already on the agenda for 2024!
