Tractafric Equipment is entering the world of e-commerce by launching the “parts.cat.com” (PCC) platform dedicated to CAT spare parts, which greatly simplifies the supply process. We spoke with Walid Zyate, who introduced this digital innovation developed by Tractafric Equipment in collaboration with Caterpillar.

With just a few clicks, customers can now access a vast range of parts and resources to optimize their maintenance operations. More than just an online store, this platform serves as a true after-sales partner, enabling customers to act quickly and maintain productivity.

The advantages are numerous: customers enjoy 24/7 access to part prices and availability, allowing them to make decisions whenever they need.

Thanks to CAT’s Service Information System (SIS), they can also identify the correct parts for their repairs and maintenance, making every intervention more efficient. Another benefit is the ability to access order history, invoices, and real-time order tracking, making purchase management much easier for customers.

In addition to being intuitive, available 24/7, and highly accurate, PCC offers customers a personalized shopping experience through the “My Equipment” feature. They can easily identify the right parts for their specific machines without having to browse through thousands of options. Detailed parts diagrams are also available to help solve equipment-related issues.

How does it work? It’s simple: the customer creates an account and registers their equipment by adding the serial number or model. This provides a quick way to find the most suitable parts.

The platform is accessible via web browser on mobile devices and includes user guides in more than 30 languages.
