An exclusive integrated 70 kW generator provides fast and reliable table heating and is designed for a long lifespan, by the same team that developed the D7E electric drive tractor. The fast table heating allows for greater daily productivity, with heating times of only 15 minutes. The steel chain undercarriage design offers excellent traction, good buoyancy, and fast movement, allowing for increased production. The exclusive air circulation design improves operating conditions for the team and allows for better cooling of components, for a longer lifespan.
A Technology That Adapts To Your Activity
The startup assistant saves the defined profiles for future use on future construction sites, such as the towing point height, table heating temperature, coating laying speed, coating width, coating depth, crown, slope, extension height, and table assistance and locking functions. A hopper level sensor, incorporating a temperature display, informs the driver of the material height and delivery temperature. The indicators are located on each tractor display. The exclusive table heating system also monitors heating element failure conditions to avoid unnecessary replacements. The Cat Grade control option is integrated into the tractor and table displays to optimize driver efficiency.

The versatile dozer bar table offers great driving comfort, high density, and excellent coating texture, while providing high-quality adjustment capabilities. The Cat Grade control is a factory-mounted guidance system that helps eliminate surface irregularities and control coating thickness for improved production, lower operating costs, and greater profitability.

The exclusive Eco mode, as well as the automatic engine speed control, reduce fuel consumption and decrease noise levels, for better comfort and smoother communication. The 4-pump fuel system is designed for high efficiency in Eco mode, resulting in lower fuel consumption. The contactors guaranteeing one million cycles offer high reliability. The conveyor base plates and chain casings are designed to minimize repairs and offer low-cost replacement. The heating elements slide for easy replacement. The machined table chassis facilitates the replacement of the smoothing plate. The improved hopper, with greater memory and increased temperature resistance, offers better performance during dump changes.
