Large Capacity Coal Scraper Bins
The coal bins are longer and taller than standard scraper bins, allowing the self-propelled scraper to move 38 m3 (50 yd3) of low-density bulk coal. The bins have been designed and built to transport bulk coal to the pile and reserve coal from the pile to the feeding system.
The Measure
Coal scraper loaders effectively compact the coal, reducing the risk of spontaneous combustion of coal piles by eliminating air pockets.
Easy Maintenance of the Tractor
The fuel, water, and engine oil have been moved to ground level on the right side of the machine for easy access.
Brakes
The segment brake and pneumatic control drum have been replaced by a hydraulic control tractor oil bath disc brake and a scraper dry caliper.
Reduction of Tire Skidding
This function allows the machine to limit the tire slippage of the tractor only. When the reduction of tire slippage is selected, the machine controls the tire slippage on the tractor by maintaining the slip within the optimal range for loading and adjusting the engine speed without any further intervention from the driver.
