Keyless engine start with push-button for superior safety and greater convenience using driver ID codes to recall saved driver preferences and profiles when logging in.

The total length of the machine reduced to 44cm (17in) allows for better productivity and greater maneuverability in compact spaces. Maximize traction and mobility with the standard electronic controlled all-wheel drive offering four steering modes: front wheels only, rear wheels only, crab walk, and coordinated walk.
Get a Better Quality of Asphalt
Advanced electronic controls deliver ideal asphalt quality by maintaining the rotor at the appropriate depth and the machine at an optimized speed. Manage gradation for a wide variety of materials and applications with three distinct rotor speeds that can be selected while in operation. Easily adjust material gradation by adjusting the gates of the mixing chamber, with a simple indicator on the LCD display module keeping the driver informed of the gate positions. The free position of the rear rotor chamber gates simplifies operation and allows the driver to select the desired downward pressure. Efficiently work on various road recycling and soil stabilization projects with three rotor options: Universal, Combination, and V-Blade.
Optional Spraying Circuits for Precise Asphalt Quality
The water and emulsion additive systems ensure compliance with theoretical mixing specifications. The application rate of additives is accurately monitored through a computerized dosing system. A wide range of variable flow rates can be optimized for a large number of applications: Water flow rates from 30 to 1900 liters per minute (8 to 500 US gallons per minute) Emulsion flow rates from 30 to 946 liters per minute (8 to 250 US gallons per minute) Easily configure the spray circuit to provide liquid additives that meet specifications: manual or automatic volume per m2 (yd2) percentage of material density
Easier Maintenance, More Productive Time
Ground-level access to common maintenance items simplifies maintenance and improves safety. The automatically reversing cooling fan prevents debris buildup and extends maintenance intervals for cleaning the cooling system. Rotor drive circuit uses automated bearing lubrication. Rotor chain drive with automatic lubrication requires no regular maintenance. Hydraulically controlled rotor drive clutch does not require adjustment. Integrated diagnostics monitor machine circuits, alert the operator to performance issues, and provide information for troubleshooting faults.
