One Machine for a Multitude of Tasks
This crawler loader, the largest on the market, provides pulling force and capacity to carry out demanding construction, network infrastructure, and forestry operations as well as demanding quarry activities. Factory-equipped, the specialized steel mill configuration is capable of withstanding high temperatures and the steel mill environment in order to handle hot slag easily and safely. The waste processing crawler loader is specially designed to tackle the unique challenges of landfill and transfer station work with additional protections and seals, specialized air treatment functions, as well as a wide selection of buckets and tracks. The quick attachment option offers increased versatility by facilitating the use of forks, buckets, etc. on wheel loaders and other machines.
More Tasks With Less Fuel
A fuel consumption per hour 10 to 25% lower than the previous model that helps you reduce your fuel costs. The optional Performance series bucket allows you to move up to 10% more materials per hour. The tilting cabin and functional access points make maintenance and repairs easier. The variable speed fan provides efficient cooling as well as easy access for maintenance and cleaning. Manage your fleet more efficiently and cost-effectively with remote monitoring using Product Link™/VisionLink®.
Designed to be Performant
The response of the equipment and the steering is more flexible and the steering is more efficient than on the old model. Functions such as load sensing hydraulic circuit and position sensing cylinders offer precise and responsive performance. The Cat C9.3 Engine offers power and quick response under load. Engine noise reduction compared to the 973D model: quieter for the operator and other people present on the construction site.
Ease of use
The new cabin ensures driver comfort, notably thanks to a suspension seat, adjustable controls and armrests, as well as an improved air conditioning system. The driver can choose between control by manipulators or with two levers, depending on their preferences or the application. Speed and direction can be controlled either through a manipulator or through a V-shaped lever and pedals. Emission reduction technology designed for automatic background regeneration throughout the work. The new steps and handles help the driver to easily get in and out of the cabin, from the front or rear of the tracks. Excellent visibility on the bucket and all around the machine enhances safety and helps drivers work with confidence.
Reduced Maintenance Time
The tilting cabin and convenient access points make maintenance and repairs easier. Access to the cooling circuit from the engine compartment for easier cleaning. Remote monitoring via Product Link™/VisionLink® helps you manage your fleet more efficiently and cost-effectively.
Keep Things in Order
The machines specially designed for ship holds offer you the optimal combination of grip, great reach, and balance, making them ideal machines for ship hold and port handling applications. Special equipment such as coal buckets and roughing blades allow you to sweep along walls and handle a wide variety of materials. The Fusion quick attachment option offers increased versatility by facilitating the use of forks, buckets, and other equipment on compatible machines. Special joints, protections, and bumpers help protect key components. The front and rear eyelets are widely spaced for better stability during lifting. Additional spotlight sets allow for illuminating the work area.
