Reliability And Durability Of Performance
The redesigned GC 313 allows you to gain up to 5% productivity compared to the previous model GC 313D2. The C3.6 Engine and the electrohydraulic system work in sync to allow you to move material loads without consuming a lot of fuel. Additionally, this engine complies with Stage III emission standards for construction vehicles in China, equivalent to Tier 3 standards of the EPA for the United States and Stage IIA standards for the European Union. The main hydraulic pump is electronically controlled and provides a higher fluid flow than the previous model, improving control and productivity. The breakout force is higher and the redesigned swing drive offers increased rotational torque and greater flexibility, optimizing your productivity. The undercarriage and track design allow for balanced performance and stability. The boom, arm, and bucket linkages are reinforced to ensure maximum lifespan. A hammer-compatible valve is installed in series for great versatility.
Low Operating Costs
Adapt the power to the work to be done thanks to the three working modes: Smart for power automatically adjusted to demand, Eco for lower fuel consumption, and Power for maximum productivity. The GC 313 has been designed to facilitate maintenance at a lower cost and can reduce costs by up to 20%. The hydraulic and air filters have a longer service life, while the pilot and return filters have been removed. Daily maintenance can be performed at ground level, reducing the time spent on daily tasks. The hydraulic circuit is controlled by the swing reducer, eliminating the need for control or filling of a separate oil circuit. The filling capacities of hydraulic oil and engine oil have been reduced without reducing performance or service life. When the oil demand is low, the Automatic Engine Control (AEC) system reduces the engine speed, reducing fuel costs. Product Link™ Cat is standard equipped so that you can remotely monitor fuel consumption, machine status, location, and operating hours on demand via VisionLink®.
Easy to Maneuver
Start the engine using a push button. Single-button controls (with adjustable manipulator response and gain) make it easy for the driver to operate. Quickly navigate through the simplified control menus of the high-resolution 203 mm (8 in) touchscreen monitor.
Best Working Comfort
The wide seat (larger than previous models) adjusts to any driver's size. The standard automatic air conditioning keeps you at the ideal temperature throughout the day. User convenience features include a radio, a headphone port, and a USB port for device connection and charging. The cup holder and storage space placed in front of the controls can hold large cups and large mobile phones; the storage space behind the seat can accommodate a helmet, a large lunch basket, and other items.
Enhanced Security
All daily maintenance points are accessible from the ground - no need to climb on the machine. The emergency engine stop and the electrical stop are also located at ground level. The handrails meet the requirements of ISO 2867:2011 standard; the steps and platforms use non-slip plates with recessed bolts to prevent slipping or tripping. The driver can exit in case of emergency through the rear window or the upper steel hatch. The new cabin features larger windows and smaller cabin pillars, allowing for excellent visibility on the trench and 360°. Bright exterior LED lights and an optional rearview camera ensure total visibility on the construction site. Improve safety on the construction site. Add an orientation alarm to alert colleagues when transitioning from trenching to stacking and vice versa.
