One Machine, Multiple Tasks
Thanks to its power, traction, and flexibility, the track loader only requires one operator to do everything, from site cleaning to equipment installation to finishing work around buildings. The Fusion™ quick coupler allows you to quickly change equipment using a range of tools such as forks, buckets, etc., from wheel loaders and other Fusion-compatible machines. A choice of buckets/teeth, undercarriages, tracks, and equipment allows you to equip your machine for excellent performance in your applications. Configurations specially designed for low ground pressure, shipyards, steel mills, and waste handling track loaders are suitable for the most challenging applications.
Best Performances
Model 963 consumes 10% less fuel per hour than the previous model. The optional high-performance bucket increases productivity by 20% compared to the normal GP bucket. Benefit from greater ground power under load with a maximum torque that is 15% higher. Cat Payload* technology provides accurate information on bucket load through in-motion weighing. More precise loading reduces cycle times, saving time, labor costs, and fuel costs. Advansys™ bucket tips are designed to provide maximum productivity and minimal cost throughout the bucket's lifespan, for your toughest applications. Equipment and steering response is smoother and steering is more efficient than on the old model. Features such as load sensing hydraulic circuit and position sensing cylinders provide precise and immediate performance. All comparisons are made relative to the 963K Track Loader. *Not legal for commercial use.
Easy To Use
The comfortable cabin and the intuitive 10-inch (254 mm) touchscreen dashboard contribute to simplifying the work. The standard high-definition rearview camera is clearly visible on the main screen. The slope indicator facilitates use by displaying longitudinal and transverse slopes directly on the screen. Benefit from driver comfort, including a suspension seat, adjustable controls, and armrests. The driver can choose controls via manipulators or with two levers, depending on their preferences or the application. Speed and direction can be controlled via a manipulator or a V-shaped lever and pedals. The equipment's response can be set to different settings (fine, normal, or rough), depending on the driver's preferences or the application. The emission reduction technology (on equipped models) is designed to operate seamlessly; it does not require any driver intervention.
Security Highlighted
Excellent visibility on the bucket and all around the machine enhances safety and helps drivers work with confidence. Handles and steps allow the driver to easily get in and out of the cabin, from the front or rear of the tracks. A rear camera is available to improve visibility behind the machine. The seat belt indicator records a fault code via Product Link when the driver does not fasten their seat belt, thus contributing to enhancing safety on the construction site. Ergonomics, a quiet engine, and controls requiring less effort help reduce driver fatigue and improve concentration.
Custom Machines
Equip your loader at the factory to perform particularly difficult tasks such as work on soft surfaces, waste treatment, and work in ship holds and steel mills. For superior load-bearing and traction or work on sensitive terrain, choose a low ground pressure (LGP) loader with wider tracks. The configuration of the waste treatment loader is a versatile machine that allows for loading, sorting, excavation, and spreading of cover materials, specifically adapted to sanitary landfills or waste disposal sites as well as transfer stations. Protections, scraper bars, and special seals protect the machine and its components from impacts and debris in the air. The improved cleaning system reduces cleaning time, strengthens machine protection, and improves compaction. The machine's traction, long reach, and balance make track loaders perfectly suited for work in ship holds and port handling. Special protections and seals facilitate machine protection, while accessories such as coal buckets and mower blades help you get the job done. Your track loader can be factory-equipped with a heat-resistant cabin, high-temperature protection, and other functions to protect the machine and the operator in high-temperature steel mill work.
