Ease of use
The display of the operation can be customized according to the language, with many options available. The exclusive proportional and 2-speed extension control provides smooth adjustment when changing the width of the coating. The table consoles are equipped with a feed screw ratio and conveyor adjustment, which allows for the possibility of modifying the material flow. Optional feed controls for extension height allow drivers to quickly manage coating quality. The led edge adjustment devices of the smoothing plate help maintain a flat surface across the entire width of the table, in order to improve laying quality and increase the lifespan of the smoothing plate.

Start Assistant for Coating Installation
The start-up assistant saves the defined profiles in order to reuse them on other future sites, you just need to activate the profile for quick and personalized adjustment. The adjustment preferences include: paver speed, towing point height, table heating temperature, laying speed, laying width, laying depth, crown, extension height (powered option), table assistance and locking functions. The adjustment functions are located in the left display of the table and are also visible on the right display of the table and on the tractor displays.
Fast Heating, Even Distribution
The generator integrated into the tractor provides heating for the smoothing plates in 15 minutes, for quick starts. The electric heating system with zone monitoring helps ensure even distribution of heat and smooth asphalt textures, while allowing heating to continue even in case of temperature sensor failure.
Leveling Command Option
Factory-mounted leveling system that helps eliminate surface irregularities and control coating thickness for improved production, lower operating costs, and greater profitability. User-friendly system with text display, split-screen mode, and running sensor selection. Precise control implemented through automatic 10-point calibration, actual leveling with 5 transducers in each sensor, and cross-coupling function that consistently maintains slope requirements when elevation is modified.
Maintenance and Repair Kits
The maintenance and repair kits for finishers and tables include the necessary parts for specific repairs. Cat original parts are manufactured according to precise technical specifications and designed to offer optimal performance and maximum availability. Repair kits are identified by a unique part number to facilitate ordering. Some components are available in kit form through the dealer, for over-the-counter purchase or through the dealer's maintenance workshop.
